Grilling

Entry 230 for Sunday November 29, 2020

The core questions:

Credit goes to Ben and readers of his blog for these “Four Questions” and the five stretch questions.

  1. What did you do today? Pretty much resting, shopping for food with Adrián, grilling. Meltdown about limits on video use which was not fun and a learning lesson for all.
  2. What did you enjoy? Grilling. I truly and deeply missing cooking for other people and my plan for vacation is to break out the cook books to do a lot more cooking.
  3. What did you find difficult? To keep everyone doing their school work and their work as household members I have setup limits and easy methods to just turn off network to devices. Tonight blew up and I could have dealt with it better.
  4. What has changed? I didn’t have to do as much filtering and blocking in the past. I have some protections setup now more so than I did in the past.

Today’s Reading/Listening

Still listening to “Thick” as mentioned the other day, also I circled back to listening to Robb Wolf‘s podcast. I like his views on health and he was one of my first reads about Paleo.
