Credit goes to Ben and readers of his blog for these “Four Questions” and the five stretch questions.

  2. What did you enjoy? A very nice lunch date out with Aurelia at La Tequila.
  3. What did you find difficult? It was a good day, nothing difficult today.
  4. What has changed? I enjoy going out for meals and this is something I’ve missed during this pandemic.

La bodega de la destilería La Cofradía está construida en adobe, rodeada de un estanque de agua, y respetando el arbolado, integrado en el edificio, que le proporciona sombra natural. Esto le confiere unas características únicas para la crianza del tequila.

Today’s Reading/Listening

Started listening to “Open Veins of Latin America: Five Centuries of the Pillage of a Continent“, this book is 50 years old and was recommended by others so I had it on my pending list. I love reading history so I am sure to enjoy this. Martin Weller commented on my Facebook post that he has this in his queue as well.
