Sea King

Entry 516 for Saturday September 11, 2021

The core questions:

Credit goes to Ben and readers of his blog for these “Four Questions” and the five stretch questions.

  1. What did you do today? Mostly relaxing and cleaning up the house; spoke with my dad about one of his stories for the book he is writing; Alea Iacta Est officers meeting in the evening.
  2. What did you enjoy? Dad shared this image and the story behind it. Basically a pilot was running out of fuel and he was able to locate it to bring in for an emergency landing. As an educator we have regular days and days that stand out in our memories. This was clearly an key day in his role as a sailor and one that he remembers well.
  3. What did you find difficult? Nothing in particular was difficult today.
  4. What has changed? We are heading into fall, AIE is planning our upcoming events and a possible repeat of our Winter Con.
