Neighbours

Entry 503 for Sunday August 29, 2021

The core questions:

Credit goes to Ben and readers of his blog for these “Four Questions” and the five stretch questions.

  1. What did you do today? Mostly a relaxing day doing laundry and some cleaning; I went across the street in the afternoon to help our neighbour Erika configure a new mesh router system for her home; made pizzas for dinner in the evening and then early to bed.
  2. What did you enjoy? It was nice to talk with Erika and help her with her wireless setup at home. Apparently she was really suffering with signal strength in the house. We setup a TP-Link Deco M series devices.
  3. What did you find difficult? I started walking around more to get some mobility but my leg started hurting. I worry about pushing it too hard while worrying about not pushing enough. #sigh
  4. What has changed? This week I have the green light to walk around without crutches and will visit the doctor (my surgeon) later to get an update on my progress.

A black and white street image of a woman seated just outside a doorway talking to a man with his back to us standing on the edge of the road. Older building in the background. Apparently the shot is taken at Tbilissi, Georgia.
