- What did you do today? Morning #educoffee with Mel and Miguel; visit with the doctor to check on my leg; lunch with Aurelia at La Chata; not a great evening ending with me being aggressive and inconsiderate to the rest of the family.
- What did you enjoy? A nice lunch with Aure after getting a good prognosis and status report on my leg from the doctor.
- What did you find difficult? A tough argument about behaviours led to me being rude and I need to recognize that and improve.
- What has changed? Another three weeks in this re-wrapped cast. The cast is fiberglass which was reused, just a rewrap.
