Renovations

What did you do today? Recorded and released a #LinuxTips video on running Win10 in Virtualbox; my 2nd group of #TC1028, this one a little bigger with 17 students; #educoffee had no participation today; kicked off my #TC3045 Software Quality and Testing class; early sleep.
What did you enjoy? The Software Quality and Testing course went well. This is a heavier class in that there are 3 hours of class time scheduled, 3 hours of lab time and another 6 hours of out-of-class work assigned. I plan to mix the course with reading for theory, some practical DevOps style exercises and guest speakers every Friday. I already have the first three guest speakers lined up which is looking great. I will also be implementing another attempt at #ungrading with this group. Many of them know me from before.
What did you find difficult? Noise yesterday and today. We are having bathroom renovations being done and it did create a lot of noise during my classes.
What has changed? Back to an #ungrading class. I am interested how it goes with this large group of 35 students.
