Ribs

What did you do today? Mostly relaxing, reading and catching up on my current audiobook; some gardening cleanup of the trees and plants; went shopping at the creamery and picked up some ribs (Lupes BBQ) take-out for dinner; made a couple of pizzas; recorded welcome videos for my #TC1028 and #TC3045 classes; early to bed.
What did you enjoy? I love good BBQ and Lupes makes some great ribs. I would have ordered some brisket as well if I was choosing but perhaps next time.
What did you find difficult? Sleep. We were woken by a 1am phone call and Aure went to visit a nearby neighbour. I don’t know what it was about but I stayed up until 3:30am waiting for her to return before getting more sleep.
What has changed? We made some changes to the configuration of the garden on the side of the house. It was a nice setup.
