The Great One

Entry 099 for Tuesday July 21, 2020

The core questions:

Credit goes to Ben and readers of his blog for these “Four Questions” and the five stretch questions.

  1. What did you do today? Managed to reach “inbox zero” on feedback for my #TC1028 submissions; #educoffee with Viviana and Pablo; cleanup on my mail inboxes; updated some server infrastructure; #TC1028 class in breakout room mode; birthday cake for Poncho.
  2. What did you enjoy? Catching up on various pending items. I am still behind on many projects but it felt good to catch up on some.
  3. What did you find difficult? Related to the enjoy question, I am usually very caught up and organized, this being constantly chasing deadlines and being in catch-up mode is draining. Again, this is related to the featured image of today which is a famous Wayne Gretzky quote and key to what made him The Great One.
  4. What has changed? Birthday celebrations are definitely different. I felt today that it is pretty certain I will be teaching online for at least another year. Today’s post is 099 which means I hit triple digits in the post for tomorrow.
