What did you do today? Reported issue in Zoom (twice); fixed a zoom recording to video via reboot to Win10; dishes, laundry and the typical everyday tasks I rarely write here; meet up with Pancho & Carmen for covid-safe chat.
What did you enjoy? Visiting Carmen and Pancho. This entire home isolation thing is difficult and deciding where to draw lines of how much contact is too much is so delicate. We visited and ate some snacks together (serving spoons and separate snack dishes for all) and drank some wine. It was so nice to catch up.
What did you find difficult? I tweeted at Zoom after the frustration of automated closure of my ticket (and reopen of ticket). We have a paid license (Education) and their email closing my ticket states no support for Free and limited support for Business and Pro but says nothing about Education licensees. Extremely frustrating.
What has changed? Working and solitude is becoming such a norm with the workplace being the same place as the everything-else-place. Drawing lines and divisions between activities is messy.
