Gratitude

Entry 025 for Friday May 8, 2020

The core questions:

Credit goes to Ben and readers of his blog for these “Four Questions” and the five stretch questions.

  1. What did you do today? A wonderful meeting with my colleague Rubí about family, life and various projects; some research for a student Célia, a nice morning #educoffee with Joe, Phil and Miguel; I very nice discussion with my #TI2011 student Iván; our weekly message from David Garza with Inés Sáenz and Juan Pablo Murra; a second #educoffee for the day with Jakob; some dinner and then our #TI4022 class which went very well.
  2. What did you enjoy? It had been a few days this week without #educoffee and I was questioning whether it would continue. That morning session was so needed and a breath of fresh air. Thank you colleagues.
  3. What did you find difficult? Keeping my energy levels up through a very long day. Classes ended at 10pm.
  4. What has changed?  Putting my “stamp” of connectivism and open pedagogy is taking root in #TI4022. I wonder how the students will view this at the end of the trimester as this is my first foray into this with masters level students.
