Charlas con Café
Entry 561 for Tuesday October 26, 2021
The core questions:
Credit goes to Ben and readers of his blog for these “Four Questions” and the five stretch questions.
- What did you do today? Took Andy to the Tec and went on campus to use the bank machine; returned home to an email asking about my missing report; meeting with student Marian; went for a haircut and shopping at the creamery; #educoffee in Spanish meeting with Germán; planning meeting for our 6th semester block project course for the computing students; meeting with student Paul A.; getting close to finishing the feedback on assignments; washing dishes until midnight.
- What did you enjoy? Some really good conversation with colleagues in the #educoffee, planning meeting, and conversations with students Marian and then Paul.
- What did you find difficult? Tracking down students to get the last minute stuff in. Also some massive forms to fill out.
- What has changed? The week between teaching periods is a chance to reload but also extremely busy as you are closing up the previous week and preparing for the next teaching period.
