Entry 489 for Sunday August 15, 2021

The core questions:

Credit goes to Ben and readers of his blog for these “Four Questions” and the five stretch questions.

  1. What did you do today? Mostly rest today; made a pork loin roast with gravy for lunch/dinner; played some more MLB21 with Adrián but one of the PS4 controllers is too wonky to use properly.
  2. What did you enjoy? Some more cooking. I often cook at home for all of us and these two months has been without me working at the stove (or grill).
  3. What did you find difficult? I spent the better part of a decade working in restaurant kitchens and know my way around a kitchen and how to stay organized. Restricted mobility makes it tricky but I can manage.
  4. What has changed? Back to cooking.
