Entry 366 for Wednesday April 14, 2021

The core questions:

Credit goes to Ben and readers of his blog for these “Four Questions” and the five stretch questions.

  1. What did you do today? No video recording today; biked to the butcher to buy chicken thighs and drumsticks; started the grill and a wrap-up meeting for OLC Innovate volunteers; kept watching the chicken while participating in that meeting; conversations with Pepe Escamilla about CIIE over messaging; chicken off the grill and steak on while making rice and vegetables for lunch; no #educoffee sessions today; Amdocs meeting with students teams and Margarita/Roberto; the Sorento we purchased arrived, looks nice; driving across town for therapy session and picked up a coffee at Café de Cordoba.
  2. What did you enjoy? The chicken turned out really well.
  3. What did you find difficult? Juggling various tasks while cooking for the family is tricky but I appreciate working from home and being able to do that.
  4. What has changed? I started a Flickr album to track grilling.
