The core questions:
Credit goes to Ben and readers of his blog for these “Four Questions” and the five stretch questions.
- What did you do today? No video recording today; biked to the butcher to buy chicken thighs and drumsticks; started the grill and a wrap-up meeting for OLC Innovate volunteers; kept watching the chicken while participating in that meeting; conversations with Pepe Escamilla about CIIE over messaging; chicken off the grill and steak on while making rice and vegetables for lunch; no #educoffee sessions today; Amdocs meeting with students teams and Margarita/Roberto; the Sorento we purchased arrived, looks nice; driving across town for therapy session and picked up a coffee at Café de Cordoba.
- What did you enjoy? The chicken turned out really well.
- What did you find difficult? Juggling various tasks while cooking for the family is tricky but I appreciate working from home and being able to do that.
- What has changed? I started a Flickr album to track grilling.
