Entry 260 for Tuesday December 29, 2020

The core questions:

Credit goes to Ben and readers of his blog for these “Four Questions” and the five stretch questions.

  1. What did you do today? Woke up to a DDOS on one of my servers; #educoffee with Miguel in the morning; chess with Andy; some ESO and NHL21.
  2. What did you enjoy? A nice draw with Andy at chess.
  3. What did you find difficult? Something hammering on my server and it appears it was a DDOS. Yuck.
  4. What has changed? Haven’t played chess in years. I don’t mind the game but I find that I actually like games that have a mix of skill and luck.

  1. Thanks amigo, again for using one of my photos, I could spot it in the tweet. Does Andy have good chess chops? We just finished watching “The Queen’s Gambit” on Netflix, it was quite a good tale. If I do not get to say so in time, wishing you and the family a festive turning over of the New Year. Time for 2021!

    1. Wishing you and the family the best in 2021 my friend, Andy is still learning and my memory from those middle school chess days are so far away. We enjoy it though. Next up: backgammon.
