Winter
Entry 237 for Sunday December 6, 2020
The core questions:
Credit goes to Ben and readers of his blog for these “Four Questions” and the five stretch questions.
- What did you do today? LWoke up at 6:30am to walk Bailey; mostly chilling at home resting; made a new recipe that Aurelia picked out for the slow cooker: Korean Beef Short Ribs; early to bed.
- What did you enjoy? I am enjoying serving up a nice meal that is not “the same”. This will be a regular occurrence during vacations.
- What did you find difficult? My students were writing in asking to mark late submission assignments. I never penalize for late but they are stressing and I want to stick to my rule of not doing work on the weekends.
- What has changed? Winter is here, at least what Guadalajara has to offer. Lows of about 10 degrees in the morning give a fresh take to the morning walks and we have had rain off and on this week.
