Winter

Entry 237 for Sunday December 6, 2020

The core questions:

Credit goes to Ben and readers of his blog for these “Four Questions” and the five stretch questions.

  1. What did you do today? LWoke up at 6:30am to walk Bailey; mostly chilling at home resting; made a new recipe that Aurelia picked out for the slow cooker: Korean Beef Short Ribs; early to bed.
  2. What did you enjoy? I am enjoying serving up a nice meal that is not “the same”. This will be a regular occurrence during vacations.
  3. What did you find difficult? My students were writing in asking to mark late submission assignments. I never penalize for late but they are stressing and I want to stick to my rule of not doing work on the weekends.
  4. What has changed? Winter is here, at least what Guadalajara has to offer. Lows of about 10 degrees in the morning give a fresh take to the morning walks and we have had rain off and on this week.
