Uphill Climb

Entry 187 for Saturday October 17, 2020

The core questions:

Credit goes to Ben and readers of his blog for these “Four Questions” and the five stretch questions.

  1. What did you do today? Rest, and play, and cleaning.
  2. What did you enjoy? Rest, I am so tired.
  3. What did you find difficult? I am sticking to my rule of not doing work on weekends, we all as educators are going overboard. That means my weekdays are crazy busy though. This is an uphill climb.
  4. What has changed? The lack of change is what has changed. I have been teaching pretty much every week since the first week of January with a one week break between each of winter, spring, summer and fall semesters. Of course, each of those weeks were even busier as they were planning and design meetings.

  1. I love the “at any time…” part :)

Back when I was a kid, well, just a few years ago, I used to take students up big hills intentionally. It was a fun game to play in some pretty places. Second one titled, “Learning can be hard work.” :)
