Century Break

Entry 100 for Wednesday July 22, 2020

The core questions:

Credit goes to Ben and readers of his blog for these “Four Questions” and the five stretch questions.

  1. What did you do today? #educoffee was empty; meeting about #MA2002B with Carlos and Luis;  discussion with Mario about the 28 UdC annual load; #TC1028 class; meeting with at Tec student Francisco about web development and #ProfesorInspirador #ProfesorQueHaDejadoHuella; discussion with student Danny debugging a WordPress problem.
  2. What did you enjoy? The discussion with Carlos and Luis was very brief but got things rolling on this course design.
  3. What did you find difficult? No #educoffee leads to a day which drags on for me.
  4. What has changed? I knew about the administrative difficulty of moving to a 28 UdC annual load for full-time faculty a year ago. We have always done semester level planning before the 2019-2020 academic year. The predicted confusion was all too apparent today. Change is difficult. Oh, we rolled over to triple digits with today’s post.
