Entry 019 for Saturday May 2, 2020

  1. What did you do today? Mostly resting, reading.
  2. What did you enjoy? A day of not working, it really has been blending together. I did some consulting work that needed catching up on but only a couple hours worth.
  3. What did you find difficult? My energy level has dropped. I believe that I need to get back to waking up early. I didn’t get out of bed until close to 9am this day.
  4. What has changed? That sleep routine, I need to get it back to closer to 6am waking. I am more productive in the mornings.
