Digital Experts

If knowing some percent more than others about a topic makes one an expert….

In other news, I have received a scholarship for the Creative Commons Certificate Course which I will take in June 2020. If forgot to mention this, I got the news last week.

Entry 014 for Monday April 27, 2020

The core questions:

Credit goes to Ben and readers of his blog for these “Four Questions” and the five stretch questions.

  1. What did you do today? Finally caught up on feedback for #TC1028, morning #educoffee with Gerardo P., a good planning session for international collaboration with George Station, a planning session for a project “Profesores Expertos Digitales” for the national school of Engineering and Science of the Tec de Monterrey, office hours with Maria Fernanda, Sebastián, Jorge (all #TC1028) and Aldo (#TI2011). A packed day.
  2. What did you enjoy? Relaxing at the end of the day, spending some time with Aurelia. Working at home is a long time being together with family but only physically while working. Taking time to just be together with family and talk about our days is also important.
  3. What did you find difficult? The plan is to go to campus Tuesday to pick up books and some of my video recording gear, trying to be sure I have my list of what to grab as I really don’t know when we will be able to be back there working.
  4. What has changed? With the plan to go to the office on Tuesday, it is really hitting home that this working from home is the new normal for now.
