1. What did you do today? Up at 6am; walking Bailey; last #TC1033 class with guest Sergio Villarreal; #educoffee with Miguel; some PS4 time with Andy (Hollow Knight).
   
2. What did you enjoy? A really nice talk with Sergio for my last session with my #TC1033 students.
3. What did you find difficult? Nothing in particular was difficult today.
4. What has changed? Along with going into a full paleo diet and trying my best to stick to it, I am working on going keto for at least a couple weeks. Walks with Bailey have been longer as well.
